Who does the saving?

Jesus, the Son of God, has already made the payment for sin which makes salvation available to anyone.

How do you get saved?

Salvation requires faith and repentance. Faith requires an “object of faith” which is Jesus. Repentance simply means that you change your mind to agree with God about who He is and who you are. He is God the savior and you are a sinner who needs a savior.
